The worst ever product I bought from Amazon. It also didn't allow return. It only allowed replacement.
Such product not expected from Amazon.

I regret buying this IONIX Tap Extension. It’s completely made of cheap plastic and feels flimsy. While received and fixed to tap, the water flow got blocked, and hardly any water comes through. The so-called 720-degree rotation is loose and practically useless. On top of that, the coating started peeling off - looks cheap and worn out.

The most frustrating part is the after-sales service. When I tried to return it here in amazon, I found there’s no return facility available. I tried the replacement option too, but it doesn’t work. It just keeps sending me to a ‘Troubleshoot on your own’ page — absolutely ridiculous! This is a total waste of money and time. Avoid this product at all costs!

The product performs well; however, optimal functionality requires sufficient water pressure, either from existing home plumbing or a pressure pump. With a pressure pump, performance is excellent.

This is not made by plastic not from ss meterial, but company said this is ss meterial.
