Q: How can I track my order?
A: You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to view order status.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Yes, orders can be reorder or canceled until an order ships. Once the order is placed, a cancel button will be shown on the page and you will be able to cancel the order. Contact us at support@famoth.com as soon as possible.
Q: What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
A: We accept returns within 5 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for the refund request or please email us a photo and your order number—we’ll resolve it promptly!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, We only do shipping in India.
